Hi I have a callpilot 100 (NTAB9865) (NNTM8456JHVY)
and I am wondering is it compatible with an option 11 or will it only work with a norstar I can see it booting up with a serial cable and the lights come on it for a period but then all lights go off and I cant connect with the lan cable crossover or straight ? I can see the ip address when you connect with the serial cable and its the default 192.168.110.10 can you put different software on these to make them work with option 11 or will they only work with norstar ?? or is it just faulty ?? can anyone send me software for it if you think it will help ? Thanks in advance

That model is for the Norstar line only. The model that works with M1s is the Call Pilot Mini.

RBF is correct.
The Option-xx systems do use Call Pilot VM but not the same ones as Norstar. You should look for CP201i for one. VM is on cards that go into the Option-xx and the bigger units go in a Server outside the system.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?
