I had to default a triad with a mini voice. But now I cannot get the pbx intergration to work the triad is not forwarding to vm box. When I dial into the VM I get the menu. I think it is in the tables but not sure what to enter in flash 66. I entered 0 trans * hold and that didn't work.

Thanks for posting that Derrick, but this is the same as out of the manual for the mini voice. It seems like there is a problem with the tables. Because when I set it up with these settings it goes straight to the default menu when you dial 440 or the SLT port from the individual phone and not the mailbox. And when the phone system forwards to the VM menu on preset forward, none of the voicemails individually pick up and i have all of them internally and externally set to preset fwd V440.

Dialing the port number does not ask for a password, it will always play the main greeting. 450 does the same. 440 should ask for password.

Flash 67 has a couple of options which will turn the integration digits off when a co call forwards but this does not effect dialing 440 from a phone. I have known mini voices to go bad and not hear the digits dialed...the test is to call a port number and hit pound or star or/and extension number, if no response the vm is kaput. If it does respond then the integration table may not be outpulsing...you should listen with a test set to find out...I use a digit grabber to see what it is dialing. If no tones are coming out then maybe you need to reset the voice mail programming in flash 80 and then start over.

Thanks for your help. Yes I know If I dial the port I will get the menu. But when I dial 440 I am not getting the vm box. I get the menu too. What settings need to be changed in flash 80?

I understand that you get the menu when you dial a port, but you did not confirm if the voice mail responds to a dialed digit after the menu starts. Can you hit pound after dialiing a port and get the proper response? If you do not, resetting vm parameters in flash 80 will not fix your problem.

I am curious why you needed to default the Triad system?

I reset the system because we moved the system from one office to their new office. When we powered it up at the new location, the vm was not accepting digits like you said. The triad Ksu held all the programming as the lithium battery was still good. I tried a couple of things but not responding to digits. So I reset the ksu and reprogrammed the ksu. When I dialed into the vm after I was able to receive digits. Right now the vm does not answer and does not go into the individual vm box when dialing 440 from the extensions. I thought it was a problem with the table programming in flash 66. I put in what the mini voice tells you to program.

Well, if you have all the programming steps done correctly including flash 65, then I would say your Mini voice is dying a slow death. I have worked on them but refused to sell one because they were never reliable.
