as of lately... why is when i talk to 3 different people at Samsung tech support, i get 3 different answers? Does anybody else have this issue with them as well? just wondering...
at least there is help on here :))

at least there is help on here :)) I suppose you can always just go to Dallas and knock on their door and ask them in person. See what happens then.

Don't worry about tech support, sell hosted voip, the provider does all the programming, there is no point in selling "boxes" anymore.
