im studying the summit manual. i dont see any presets for the co lines. i expected to find something simular to the sbx to send callers to the auto attedant. did i miss something there. thanks dave

Yes you did, there are co presets and they work well. You preset fwd the line to an index, any of 250, and you program the index for where you want the call to go, AA, off net, mailbox etc.

Actually you didn't miss it, co presets are not in the Summit Manual, at least not all the information you need, try looking in the MBX manual, the co presets work exatcly the same way for both systems.
