I have a customer with a Toshiba Strata 40I and I need to add a phone to the incoming ring sequence. I have gone over the manual many times changed what I thought would add the phones but to no avail. Thanks for the help.

Program 81 for day ringing and 87 for night

Thank you I got it to ring on the other extensions but now it goes straight to voicemail after one ring I only changed 81

Hi Steve the phones ring in other extenstions now but It goes to vm after 1 ring the display on the phone says sent 16 call 11-16v how do I fix this

With handset down try intercom #409 I you have a user book ,its in there "cancel message waiting ".

thanks KENB that got the screen back to normal but for some reason it still goes straight to voicemail after one ring

Look in your user guide at call forwarding 601-604 plus 656 and 657 cancel all call forwarding 601-604 plus 656,657
If you want it to go to voicemail after certain rings put it back in.

My guess is that you entered an extension number in prog 81 when the system was looking for a port number and turned on ringing for one of the VM ports.

Intercom #64 16 , will clear the sent 16
