I have a customer that we put cordless phones on the etr card 10 years ago and they quit using them. Said they could call out on them. Now they want a conference phone so I put it on 136 wouldn't let me dial out. Has intercom dial tone dial 9 get out side dial tone then the next number has error tone fast busy. Went to a multi key set and when I do The 9 get dial tone then next number it shows call denied. I did a print out on the system and I shows ext. unrestricted. I have done this with my test set right into the port of the etr card and still cant dial out. Also when I intercom the conference phone I get no ringing but can answer it. The company that make the conference phone said its the system that I need to change the ringing. Not sure if that is possible. I do have a print out but nothing looked wrong to me. If you want to look at the print out can email it to you.
Thanks

Is the system in PBX/Hybrid or Key mode? Does your internal intercom dial tone sound different than outside dial tone, or are they the same?
