Is there a way to back up the database of a MICS Ver 6.1? IF so what do I need to do it?

You need Norstar Remote Utilities (software) running on a laptop which is connected to a FASTRAD2 that is connected to the Norstar.
If CON is the opposite of PRO
Then what is the opposite of Progress?

Thanks NTLayoff do you know where I can get or obtain a copy of the software. I am skeptical to download it from some of these sites that say it is free. We are not an Avaya dealer so I know I will not be able to get it from their website. We are an NEC/Zultys House.
