I was wondering if anyone has experienced this. I installed WinSPM 9 on a new Windows 7 64 bit laptop. I am unable to connect to a Legend or Magix because of com port errors. Apparently Win7 (at least the 64 bit version) does not have Com ports. I've searched on line for work arounds and have come up empty. Has anyone experienced the same and if so is there a work around?

I got so tired of fighting 64 bit software, I installed Win7 32bit over the top of the 64 bit machine.....

Amazing how my scanner, and com ports actually work.
