What is the best way to protect against someone calling into VM and making numerous Long Distance calls?
For some of the newer Panasonic systems, they have devised a way to real simply protect against that, not sure the best way for Nortel.

Have users change all of their passwords - do not use 1234, 1111, etc... (trivial passwords are bad) Put restrictions on lines to prevent overseas calls. Also restrict area codes for Jamaica and Puerto Rico and etc... That is just for starters and will do much to lock it down.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?
