When I try to open the programmer I get a error. The message says "Access to the path 'C:\programdata\iwatsu\logs\programmer.wed.log' is denied"
Then it will say "TAPI not initialized"
I have tried to uninstall and re-install the programmer and I get the same messages.

Did you have to install NetFramework programs to install the programmer?
What program are you trying to run? Your path looks a little wacky. The installer should have created a desktop icon (it's a .lnk back to the program). Your shortcut may be corrupted. Go to the ICON Networks folder, click on "Programmer" and see if it starts.

I have sort of the same problem but my error says
(There is an error in XML document (0, o)." and the program would not open
