Hello everyone. I am working with a KX-TA 824 Hybrid System and am using the KX-TA Maintenance Console to program it. There are 3 CO's, and currently, if no lines are being used, they pick up in the order of 3, 2, 1. I need to change that so it picks up in order 1, 2, 3. I can't seem to find the place in the maintenance console where I can do that. Anyone know where that setting is or know another solution? Thanks for your help!

Swap 1 & 3?

Not a snarky answer. The TA-824 selects trunks from high to low.
Period. Now, the TAW-848 and higher systems can do that, along with a TD series, but not the TA-824.

Calls come in 1,2,3,4etc, should go out 4,3,2,1 etc.
To keep from picking up incoming calls and cutting them off.

I'll defer to OBT who may have a better answer. The TES and the TA are different. IIRC you get ARS in the TES box that we don't have. Probably you need to read the manual and look in the 400's to see if there's a selection order.

program 122 will allow rotation of line pickup when dial 9

Carl's swap lines around is the easiest way.

you could program lcr/ars but you will have to make sure you cover all leading numbers in dial plan.

You cant change the order to 1-2-3 by a single program
