I have an extension that is busy that I am trying to get to from the AA and it doesn't fwd to their VM. How can I setup a Busy Fwd on the SBX?

This is a user function. They press speaker, then the dnd/fwd key, pick the type of forwarding usually option 4 for busy/NA and then press #.
