Was a small ksu like a Tie 612. had intercom, music on hold and 2 zone page amp built in, delayed ring transfer, message waiting,hold recall,off hook busy indication,BLF, used std 1A2 phones. Had 4 CO lines.

I never actually saw or worked with one, but the literature for it made it extremely interesting to me. It was expensive though.

We did work quite a bit with San/Bar's version of packaged 1A2 systems, but I still think anything made by Tone Commander would have been more advanced.

We installed a lot of them for a Plano based interconnect back in 84-86. We sold a few ourselves. For MOH and Paging it was a quick install. Never had any problems.
