HI,my customer have a KXTD-1232, system is going well.
the extension 204 is plug on jack 0102 with the main console 0101.
this phone can not call outside as others in the hotel. i'v look the programming, COS is the same for all phones. the dial plan working is 9 to dial out. i have a busy tone when dial 9.
also,when hookoff, i have 'message tone' like. do not know where to look, please help

It could be co out assign, that extension may not have any lines assigned
Other that that it could be extension locked. It can be unlocked bt reception phone and is in manager section of user guide

CO is assigned to this extension, but i will look to the unlock function at the console, it maybe that.
