Sts about 10 years old. Good battery. CID does not come up on co 8. Years ago co 1 failed, so telco line 1 is on ksu co 8. Line id changed that customer see's the line still as line 1. The office girls do not remember how long this happened ??? nor do i remember if i checked cid when i switched the line ports. They have cable modem not telco lines.
Thanks have a great Thanksgiving,
Gary S.

If caller id shows up on a test set (or do a hardwire swap with line 7) then I would unflex the ports and see if that fixes the problem.
