Install system 7 years ago, Friday they decided they want A.A.
Put in flash card. Prog vm ports in hg 450 and customer service ext in hg 451. Record main greeting under 01 and store hrs under 02. Point digdit 1 to greeting o2 and digdit 2 to hg 451. Having trouble when customer presses 1 the store hrs play then good buy and disconnect how do i route that to hg 451 to customer service ? Also the main greeting plays and repeats but before, it plays canned prompts. How do i remove the promps (091) and route that to hg 451 ??

Thanks Gary S

Greeting 2 is also the same as CCR menu 2...so you have to set digit 1 there to transfer to 451.

What does the prompt say that you want to remove? If you know the greeting number you can't remove it but you can record one second of silence over it.

After two calls to Hoosier, they think the flash voice main cannot do the transfere the way the customer wants, that is after the main greeting if nothing done transfer to hunt g 451, after pressing one, listen to business hrs do nothing transfere to hnt g 451. Are they correct or is there a way to make this work.

Thanksn Gary S.

It you want it to time out to 451 then you have to make sure that mailbox/extension 451 is one of the system mailboxes and set the CCR tables (T) option to extension 451
