Intermittenly the overflow mail box, when getting messages just circles around to the greeting and not pick up vm messages. I was there today, could not duplicate after leaving a message in the overflow box. I did notice in auto attendant prog menu,#14 messages waiting,there are 600 messages there, but none on any phone. Could this be causing some of the trouble ? and can they be deleted without a voice mail default ??

It could be that someone turned on notify for that box and it calls itself after EVERY message! It won't take long to get hundreds of messages with it looping.
