I don't, I would use the Plantronics headset with the lifter. the new 5xx has a port which removes the need for the lifter
don't know anyone who used/bought one

Thanks OBT, BT is very priceyyyyyyyy. We are going with the plantronics CS510 with lifter, because we have one on the shelf. Good to know on the new 5xx phones. Similar to the toshiba 5xxx.

I was looking for a blue tooth headset no luck. I installed three of the headset with the new electronic hookswitch cable on the Panasonic 500 series. It worked great no lifter was so glad to get rid of that.
