Hello This forum has been an amazing help in the past and I am reaching out again. We have 2 locations with CIX40 systems over StrataNET Site A has the voice mail ports on #250 I can dial into using 250 with no problem from any phone but the Voicemail button on all the phones has stopped working and I can not figure out why. This maybe something I am over looking that is simple but can I pick your brains on this matter to see what I can do to resolve it. Again CIX40 systems at both sites with DP5022-SDM phones VM button on all phones both sites not working.

Seems like a system-wide change. Did you change your off-hook preference, for example. Check to see what the voicemail button is programmed as.
