I have a customer that has a Triad S. The Program module is 5030-10. There is no other label to say what version it is.
They want to add Caller ID to it.
What versions of PMU will support CID ?
In the shop we have a 5036-10 TR 5021-91 3.11 P01 on our test wall. Will this support CID ?
Does anybody have a list of what software levels Vodavi made for the triad S.

Cid is not supported by a TriadS by itself. You need a serial card and an adjunct device, the cid module 7480-00 to make it work.

Does all the Triad S software support CID with a 7480-00.

Yes, as long as you have the SIO card for the required RS232 input port.
