I am trying to connect PCPro to a Univerge SV8100 that has not been worked on in a while. and I keep getting this error when I try to connect to the device;
"Fatal error: cannot load database schema file. Your PCPro installation may be corrupt"
I am using PCPro Version 9.5 and here is the version printout from WebPro.
Version Information WebPro 9.00 PCPro Server 1.03.0o.pipk Main Software 09.00 DBMS V11.0H FPGA 0200 DSP 0000 IPL B/32
Any advice to what is wrong or what I am doing wrong would be appreciated.

That should work OK. Try reloading the SV8100 CPU with V9.50 software again just in case something has gone bad. This error normally means that you are using a PCPro that is older than the PBX or the CPU you are connecting to is not from your region.

Is there an easy way to tell what region the PcPro software is set to. "necntac.com" is giving me issues that will require me to contact them at the moment.

It will normaly say in the bottom right corner of PC pro something like "File Version: SV8100 AU R9.5" this is for the Australian version we use here..

I would try installing 9.5 on another machine. You need to download this off NTAC. We are not allowed by EULA to disburse these programs to people. If you have a valid NEC tech id and training you will have no problem and if you do contact them they get it sorted pretty quick.
