Hello,
I am doing a training today and I haven't done it for a while so I am running through it...
I thought with background music off, you could retrieve a held call by pressing the hold key. Additionally, if there were multiple calls on hold at a station, pressing the hold key would retrieve the oldest held call.
Not working for me here at my office. 7100 v4.80
