I am trying to program a call inbound on copper trunk 4, DIL to ring group 2, ring group 2 has ext 100 & 101, when/if no answer I want the call to goto voicemail at ext 100.

As it stands right now...the call comes in, rings ring group 2 (4 rings), then rings away and ext 100 voicemail never picks up. I have 22-08 trunk 4 set to 100.

Any suggestions?

(I know TelData has suggested that I use virtual keys and virtual inskin key but the customer does not have enough keys to give up another 2)

Try this,
22-08-01 Assign a Ring Group the DIL line will overflow to
in the event it goes unanswered.
22-01-04 Assign DIL No Answer Timer.

22-07 (4) is set to ring group 2.

I want the call to terminate to the voicemail of ext 100 if ring group 2 does not answer.

so in 22-08 (4) set to 100 but the call is a continuous ring instead of going to vm. (24-09 for 100 is pointing to vm pilot)

Simple. DIL the call to ext 100. Create a call coverage key on ext 101. CFNA to VM call will go to 100 vm. YOu do not need a physical key. Create the key on button 25 or something.

I think Coral provides the best way to program.

IF you don't want any key to be involved, 22-07 set to 100,
and in 24-09 100 CF both ring to 101, 101 call forward to VM pilot.

I have tested this, but I still don't know why when 101 CF to VM, it goes to 100's VM.

It has look back capability. The system KNOWS what ext it transferred from. That's why when you DIL->100->101->VM it will go to 100 vm.
