We have 5 networked MBXs. We use the Conference Room feature locally. (Feature Code 571-579). Works great, love it. Can Conference Room be done over the VoIP network?

In other words -- can an extension at Site B join an active Conference Room (let's call it 575) at Site A by dialing the code (in this case 1575)?
If yes, how do we allow the '1575' or '575' digits over VoIP?

Thank you gentlemen as always.

Should work, the voip phone is supposed to have the features of a digital station.

Thanks Derrick. I need to clarify:

- Site A, main office, has an MBX + VoIP cards & Networking software.
- All other sites have XTS + VoIP cards & Networking software.
- They are not using VoIP phones.

We've gotten 2 different 100% opposing answers from tech support. One person says we can do it, the other says it can't be done. I am waiting for an email from Vertical regarding this.

The 1575 code has to be
included in any network numbering table for all systems. The XTSs will treat it like any other extension number as long as their are no conflicts with feature codes and other extensions on the same system.
