Hope someone can shed some light and help with the differences between the SMDR for Executone 228/448 and Executone 15200/15200E. Pardon me if my question is sort of stupid as from some google searches it appears that may be the PBX is 228/448 and some sub component of it is 15200/15200E.

15200 is the part number for the 228 cabinet.
The Executone System was able to be upgraded to a 3 cabinet system.
1 cabinet = 228
2 cabinets = 432
3 cabinets = 648

SMDR is the same with all the systems. Now based on ACD options activated you were offered different Reports as it relates to ACD Reports.

But basic SMDR was in the sytem along with basic call/line reports. See R from main menu for reports.

Does that answer your question?
