Hey There , i have Kxtda100 version 5.0003, and i have been using PBX Unified Maintenance Console Vers. 7.7.1.0, and it works for the TDA30 Ver.3.xx , but will not connect with the TDA100 Ver. 5.0003. Window pops up with Program not installed properly Code E000012, What could be the issue ,, its not saying can't find driver. I am connecting with USB,, Windows XP pro ,, works with TDA30 Ver.3.IF you can email a copy i need to get this working ,, many THANKS,, EMAIL: [email protected]

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program

I tried reinstall PBX unified maintenance console and drivers ,and it says E000012 program not installed properly .So my question now is i have a kxtda100 v.5 from USA in Canada, so does it matter how i load the PBX Unified Maintenance console ,,when it comes to which suffix code i put in for model /country ?? I put in C for Canada ,should i put the USA suffix code ?? I downloaded the software from UK site , it didn't show the US suffix code?? Any help. Thanks!

Interesting...I almost purchased a TDA30 (Canada "version" of TDA50)...now I know about the software variations.
