Will that work?
The phone just makes a rhythmical"puff" sound every few seconds.
If I wiggle the cord where it goes into the triangle shaped power interface, it will make that same puff sound.
So I think that triangle shaped things power connector inside it is bad.
Can I just use a regular power injector? like for a Mitel 5330e?
any idea?

I know this is old but....yes, this phone uses standard IEEE 802.3af standard power over ethernet Most PoE injectors, except perhaps older Cisco models, should work.
