I need to change the main voicemail on a Telrad Avanti 3015D system. The office I am working in purchased the system and completed the setup over 10 years ago and of the individuals still working here, no has any knowledge of how to change this software. Office lines and inboxes are functional, it's just the initial voicemail that I can't figure out how to change. The manuals do not address this either. I know very little about this system and have been looking through forms for answers for a few days. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your best bet would be to find a Telrad dealer, if there are any in your area.
