I installed an IPOffice 9.1 Partner Edition. The customer was complaining that nothing seemed to work right. So I started the Manager and went to File - Advanced - Erase Configuration (Default) and clicked on that. Now when I start the Manager, the simplified setup is gone and there is the regular Basic setup screen instead.

How do I get back the simplified setup?

Look in the Preferences of Manager.
4th or 5th from the bottom is a tick box to default to simplified view...

Thanks. When I re-program the phone buttons in Manager and then save the configuration to the control unit, these settings do not take hold. The buttons still do the same thing as they did before. This happens when I merge the changes and also when I reboot the system after saving the changes. What am I doing wrong?
