Only if you are using a different mailbox for day and night mode.
You could use a single script mailbox and use Branch action. This can filter day of week and then time of day so you can then give different menu options for your open/closed modes.

Even without a script you can create a Schedule under departments and define the prompts to play and the conversion table. Because of the way the Time Tables are defined, some installers have found it easier to have the Night time as the default and create a time table for the daytime prompt and conversion table. I prefer the daytime greeting is the default.
With the old SM Messaging you would need to define a global time table first and create a schedule based on that time table. With the IPEdge messaging you can also route based on the operation mode, such as Day, Night, Holiday, etc.

I got it figured out , I built a schedule for Night and used a different table
