one IPO V2 R9.0 was cut over from PSTN to SIP trunks, mobile twinning stopped working.

The scenario is that incoming calls go to group 200 (101, 102, 103), 101 is set to mobile twinning to manager's mobile. It rings the mobile and you could answer it from the mobile, but cannot hear anything on each side.

For the SIP trunks, incoming call is ok, outgoing call is ok, it's ok if you answer a call and transfer it to offsite mobile.

Some twinning settings not right? or any way to get around the mobile twinning?

Try turning on RTP Keepalives on the VoIP tab of the Lan interface you are using for the SIP

Thank you Tommy, it works.

Another question, I was told to keep "Periodic Timeout" as default value 0 when enabling RTP keepalives, do you know why?
