my customer has trouble when they want to change the main menu. it wont respond to the pgm code. they go and reset the ksu and then it lets them get in and change the menu but next time its the same thing. anyone have a clue whats going on here. thanks. dave ps its an sbx

Its only four ports for everything, leaving, retrieving, error prompts, and greetings.

that will be an easy fix if i find out they are doing it when its in use. going to recomend recording after hrs. thanks.
