Thank you for providing the manual. I tried to find it and couldn't. I now see exactly what you are saying and thanks for pointing it out. I went ahead and purchased a Ziad LineMaster Telephone Line Monitor off of eBay for a good price of $86.39 and it comes with all accessories, a manual and case too.

Although hard to find these days, I rescued a Protel TEC-10 that was being thrown out by my former employer. I used it to help program Teltronics Network Managers POTS line dialers back in the 90s. Now it sits quietly in storage at my Church. I pull it out every once in a while to put it through it's paces.
