We are installing Samsung OS7200 in a hotel chain and they developed their local PMS system (Developed by their own programmer)and its working with Nortel PBX now our concern is that what do we need to provide them to integrate their PMS with our Samsung OS7200 as we need some features to be control by their PMS like Wakeup call,COS open/close,etc.
Do we need any license as they are looking for some string from our system .
Regarding Call logging & reporting we have our locally developed program which will collect data from PBX & provide the report for outgoing & incoming calls.
They are not going to buy any PMS (like Tiger)
I under stand that my description is confused but i hope i will get some +ve feed back

There is no license.
Enable hotel mode in the system.
Enable the PMS output in the system.
Add the PMS pc to the management IP whitelist in the system.
I can send you the PMS doc they will need to develop the driver for samsung systems, which will advise of everything they need todo.

(I got the document (PMS_DOC_TCP2) dear but when i tried to connect the OS7200 via Hyper terminal and open the port 5107 i got nothing on it,it shows connected ,i entered the PC ip in white list configure in MMC829 & 725 but no data showing.
any help available

Once again coming to get support for PMS ---Samsung driver
Is there any company which can provide us that driver (Module) as we can not bare that PMS cost.we already contacted In Touch Dubai by email,wanting for the reply ,Can TIGER TMS provide ont this interface on separate cost.

You may need to contact the vendor of the software package they use for bookings, etc as I believe that it needs to talk to the pms package if it doesnt have one built in.
I could be wrong, but ive seen many a package talk to another to get the smdr data for room ohone call billing
