Last time I had one. I had to pay to get rid of it (in a dumpster). Is there any value to them now? The one I trashed was about 3 years ago.

For a solid non-IP system, the Merlin Legend & Magix are good choices. The main problem is that the Merlin platform was mothballed by Avaya about 10 years ago, and, add the fact that Avaya is exiting the hardware side of communications, it makes the Legend and Magix a tough sell at this point.
