Hello I have a ECS with 140 phones 3 operator stations. Customer call in and reported that the 3 operator phones start to ring with a different tone and no display. Could this be an alarm or some type of alarm clock single. Jim

Do they start ringing for no apparent reason?
Do incoming calls trigger this?
Does the system use a T1/ PRI for incoming calls? Sometimes a Loss of Signal error with a T1 will make all lines ring when the circuit is restored.
Can you provide any more info?
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
