hello all. my customer has a partner 5 line acs processor. they called and told me when they make a conference call they meaning all three parties hear a beep at the begaining of the conf. happens on all phones and all lines. ay ideas why. thanks. dave

To tell you the truth I never noticed. Sounds like it would be normal to alert all parties that they are being conferenced. This something that just started happening?

i get the impression it just started. i think i will get out a processor and hook it up and see if i get the same results. maybe its normal.
