So is there a way to re-image the card if it becomes corrupted, or do you have to buy another license?

Thanks,

Not that I have seen. It's not a license issue, it's only hardware that happens to be the flash card is tied to a particular uxmail.

So what's the normal procedure for replacing a corrupted flash card then?

Normally if they are serviced by a certified NEC tech a LOT of these UXMAIL could be under a 5 years parts warranty that goes through your dealer that sold you the system. The card and the board are a matched set and have to be replaced together. If you have backups all you have to do is reload the prompts and away you go.

Ah great. I got this setup used (an office upgraded to another PBX 2 years ago). Ill see if I can find who their installer was, I doubt it's still covered.

So it's a matched pair? What is it looking for, the serial number of the card? Kind of silly to need to replace the computer when the only problem is the CF card.
