Cannot get ACD login to work for an agent.
Toshiba strata 2.4
Unrelated issue yesterday had to remove the extension and re-create it, while i did that the agent was still logged in 2 queues.
Today, i logged them out of both queues, deleted extension, sync table, created extension and ACD keys on phone, sync table.
Now they are presented with Enter Agent ID: but it doesn't respond to any key presses and eventually times out.
My last alternative is to assign the agent a new extension.

Gave the agent a new extension that works now. no clue why the old extension did not register or allow typing on the console.
