have a customer sent this to me new Life center says “MBox in use” after putting his password in. It then exits right away without him able to hear his voice mails. There is also a triangle symbol on the bottom left hand side of the extension screen. I have not seen this before has anyone else?

No I have not seen that before.
But what I would do is this one at a time until fixed.
Reboot system
Delete Mail Box and recreate (it may not let you)
Put user to a different ext/MB number.
Reinstall Call Pilot and reprogram everything.
I am sure others may have better answers
If CON is the opposite of PRO
Then what is the opposite of Progress?
