I'm programming up a 3300 system, and since there is no sub-attendant capability, I'm trying to come up with another way for callers to be directed to a group of 5340 IP sets that ring and show the same caller info as the 5540 IP console. Only options I can come up with is a Ring Group or Multicall key on the sets. I tried the multicall keys programmed up in a key template with the same DNs as what I have programmed on the 5540, but when actually creating the IP sets, the keys give me an error stating the DN is in use elsewhere.
Anybody have pointers that they'd be willing to share on getting the 5340's to ring when the console rings?
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks folks!
