Hi
In SV8500 system, if any user call forwards his phone number to the operator, this call can NOT be displayed by smdr tool. but when forwarding to another phone number it is displayed.
Can any one help?

Are you using the NEC SMDR tool? If so, it may not be designed to show SMDR from the operator. Try looking at the raw data string.
