Greetings, I have two phones I tried to upgrade from 1.30 to 1.38 they both say upgrade failed? Is there a way to recover them? TIA

At what point in the process did they say that?
Before or after the download of the new firmware?
I don't know of a way to recover from a failed flash

I'm not sure when it happened. The upgrade was being done remotely. The client is sending me the sets so I can put them on my test system to see what is going on. I will respond with what I find out once they get here.

I finally got the sets. I put them on my test system and they booted right up as firmware 1.30 tried to update them using tftpd32 no luck. I then tried Solar Winds TFTP and the upgrade worked fine. Anybody have any idea where I went wrong using Tftpd32? Thanks
