Customer has a pc v.m. with 16 mail box's.. I can assign 9 ext to the 9 selector codes. They do not want to upgrade the V.M. (non profit group). How do the other v.m. users dial their mail box. Outside callers to leave a message and mail box user to access and listen to messages. Thanks Gary S.

Why are you using single digit selector codes to reach the extensions? Change Selector Code 1 to Direct Extension Transfer, and the callers can dial Extension numbers from 10 through 19. Change Selector Code 2 to Direct Extension Transfer, and the callers can dial Ext. 20 through 29. 3 for 30-39 and so on.
To access your own mailbox, when the Auto Attendant answers, dial *7 for the login prompt.
It's all in the manual, google for partner voice messaging pc card installation and programming will get you lots of hits
