I've been seeing this lately on my newer installs. I can access the 7100 or 7200S with DM but when I go to VM/AA options I get kicked out. If I log bck in and reboot the system then I can access VM/AA options. This happens on site or remote.

Anyone else seeing this?

Check your settings in section 5.13.11 System Management settings. I usually add IP addresses for the places I'll be programming from just so the FTP side of things with DM will work in voicemail programming. Usually does the trick.

Yes we are seeing this quite a lot too, can be a pain as you have to reboot the kit for access to work again.

Thanks, Yes I do have my IP in 5.13.11 but still the same issue.
