Hi, has anyone an idea? I made VPU card into my SCMC and I changed everything to the VPU card (VM/CR Server, APPLICATION SERVER GROUP, ADVANCED VM/AA MENU). I have also 2 channel licences for VPU.
When I make an internal call I hear the voicemail. But when I make a call from outside I don't hear the voicemail prompts and also my entry isn't accepted. I can see the activity log that my call reachs the voicemail and I see the entry is empty.

Has anyone an idea, why I don't hear the voice stream?

Many thanks, Peter

Hi

I have had two SCMC's and both I have had to update the voice prompts as there was an issue with some of the first bunch of SCMC's they shipped out.
There has been a Tech bulletin about it I believe, So if you had an older box that you have had to update then this maybe the issue.
