Hi, I am new to the forum and just trying to program an old Samsung DC's 408i.
After a power supply failure the DC's lost its programming. I can make calls but I can not receive since the phone is not ringing nor any lights lighting or anything.
I have programmed MMC 601 putting g in the group all the phones and MMC 406 assigning all the trunks to the group but nothing happened. Please help

Well ,did you set the group up as unconditional ringing? Are there Call or DT keys assigned to the phones?

It is set t Io unconditional ringing. No call or dt keys are assigned to the phones

A phone HAS to have either call or DT keys otherwise not much is going to work.Can you call from phone to phone internally?

Yes I can phone from phone to phone and I can make an external call

Then you have at least 1 call key per phone otherwise that wouldn't work.
If it was me I would program DT keys for each line on the extensions so I can "see " what is going on ie lines busy,ringing , in use,

MMC 722 programs individual extensions or 723 does phone types

ok I programmed DT keys on my main phone. The problem is that even when I call from my cell phone nothing happens, no ringing nor lights on DT keys

In uk you don't need call keys on 408s
I notice you say its a 408i do you have isdn if you do you might want to program ddi in 714
plus on default calls would go to group 500 not group 501 maybe that's your problem
