Does anyone know if I should be able to flas a PRI
Line get new dial tone and make another call
And create a conference call with 3 Parties

I am not sure if this is a carrier service or there is something
That needs to be programmed

This pertains to a 3rd party IP conference room device
Which does allow for a 3 way conference

When I try to flash the line I get dropped same thing happens on
The SV 8100 phones

I think XO is the carrier

I thought I have been able to do this on other systems

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

when I press the recall key on the NEC SV8100 I get new dial tone but I cant get the call back (I believe it drops the call from what I remember )

They are looking to do it from there 3rd party conference phone that using the SV 8100 it only supports 3 way conferencing same thing happens

I am just wondering if this is a NEC SV8100 issue or carrier issue

Thanks

I doubt it's a carrier issue

Using a analog device
With the 1st call in progress press flash, press #1, dial extension number or the outbound access number which normally is 9, press the flash key twice to connect the calls.
I've found some analog devices flash key is more sensitive then others, if you press them to fast or some cases to slow it will drop one of the calls.

Initiating a conference from a third party SIP phone is not supported on the 8100.

The third party speaker phone may be used to call into a conference bridge or to be conferenced in by another phone that has initiated the conference.
