My SIP provider has notified me that our PBX is making fraudulent outbound calls to the Ciacos Islands. So far 130 calls have been made today. The outbound calls are all dialing the same DID. At this point I'm just trying to get proof that my OfficeServ 7200 is the problem. How can I get call logs from the PBX? Also is there a way to block outbound calls to a specific DID from the MMC?

Theres a few things you need to be checking,

set class of service 30 your unused extensions and voicemail ports.
Turn off pager, message alert and outcall in mclass/eclass on the voicemail.
Set toll deny to block international calls.
Change all passwords from default especially voicemail.

You could check the SMDR output to see if its logged the calls.

Thanks for your reply. I found a post that explained to do the following:

1: Open Block
2: EClass
3: Standard Template (may be different on yours)
4: Navigate to the 4th page with I believe CTRL-D
5: Outcall Authorizations
6: Set all to "N"

This blocks anyone coming in through voice mail and using the direct dial feature. This does not block transfers from within the company though. So if you transfer a phone call to an outside line, it will still transfer. It just will not do it through the voice mail system.

Does that just block what you detailed above? I will definitely get all the user voicemail passwords reset from the default.

Set all your voicemail ports to 'In' only.

Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
