Curious as to why there is 2 PRI's in a school? In this instance I would recommend setting up a VOIP application and save them I'm sure lots eliminating all these Centrex lines.

The two PRI's are not in a school; they are in the school board offices with 250+ stations. It is simple centrex being used at the schools themselves (8-16 lines each)with key systems.
VOIP is something that may be considered in the future, but presently they are using frame relay and are having a bit of trouble with it. Their IT people don't want to rock the boat right now and I understand their position.

Well, trouble with the frame relay blew my idea out of the water.
Usually when we run across something like that we try to sell them on QSIG (don't know if Vodavi has it or not) running over their wan. Does away with Centrex costs and gets 3 or 4 digit dialing between all locations, no LCR required.
